ASSISTED LIVING

Valley Vista offers independent living with the comfort of knowing someone is nearby 24 hours a day to provide assistance with daily tasks on an as-needed basis. Caregivers are available   to provide services which include; but are not limited to: personal hygiene dressing, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, medication assistance & shopping. Arts and crafts, movies, non-denominational church services, BBQs, shopping trips, social and community events are all part of the activities scheduled for those living in our assisted living buildings.

St Maries

The "Apartments" is a 2 story building which is fully accessible with outside entries on both levels and consists of 19 self-contained units. Whether it is a studio or one bedroom unit, each apartment is complete with a kitchenette and barrier free bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each floor has laundry facilities and public restrooms. Gas fireplaces accent the large common room and dining area. A ride in the elevator or a walk down the open stairwell makes the building accessible for all residents or visitors. The "Apartments" have four "low-income" units. Eligible recipients can have their name added to the waiting list.

"Cottage Care" has a combination of 12 units that consist of four private rooms and 8  double private or sixteen semi-private  units. "Cottage Care" has a more family like atmosphere where three meals a day and snacks are served.

Valley Vista offers cable television & phone service for an additional fee in both the Apartment and Cottage  buildings. Emergency pull-cord systems are installed in both buildings.

Besides St Maries, Valley Vista has assisted living facilities in Mackay, Darlington and Rupert. These facilities are located in southeastern Idaho.
