Valley Vista offers a full line of services for both in-house and out-patient therapy. Our services are provided by professional licensed physical occupational and speech therapists. Both our Sandpoint and St. Maries facilities have full service therapy departments.

Our warm water therapy pool gives you a great workout. With a treadmill, grab bars and jets, you can get a complete treatment right in the pool. Movement in water provides less strain on joints giving greater mobility and range of motion. You also get the benefit of a cardiovascular workout while working on other parts of the body.

Our aquatic program increases joint range of motion, muscle endurance, decreases soft tissue pain and improves muscle flexibility and strength. Water workouts are beneficial for arthritis, MS and a wide range of conditions.
