Choosing the right care for a loved one....Valley Vista Care is a faith based not-for-profit organization committed to providing residents with a safe, comfortable and caring environment. We have four beautiful locations in: Valley Vista Care is composed of two skilled nursing facilities, three assisted living facilities, and an independent living apartment complex. We are proud to offer a variety of services including: Our trained staff provides excellent short and long term care. Our skilled nursing facilities provide short term rehabilitation stays, respite care, as well as long serm skilled nursing care. We also have been providing specialized care in our Behavior Care programs in our skilled nursing facilities for over 20 years. We welcome residents with Alzheimer's disease, advanced dementia, Huntingtons disease, and other difficult to manage behaviors. Our assisted living facilities provide a continuum of care from independent living to providing needed assistance with medications, activities of daily living, meals, and laundry. We serve those with general geriatric needs and those with mental health diagnoses and some developmental disabilities. We also have options for low income individuals. |
