Job Description: Assists the Humnan Resources team in managing the flow of employee information for Valley Vista Care. With the direction of the payroll manager, oversees the activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls.  Reviews or directs review of, newly hired workers and changes in wage rates and occupation of employees on payroll.
Preferred Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
